Sustainability is having a material impact on how companies think and act. It is a significant driver behind the financial values of companies. Although almost all executives think that sustainability will have an impact on their business and are trying to address this topic, the majority of their companies are not acting decisively to exploit the opportunities fully and mitigate the risks that sustainability presents.

A small number of companies, however, are acting aggressively on sustainability—and reaping substantial rewards. This understanding of how to work with sustainability can sometimes offer surprising opportunities for capturing advantage.

Three of the biggest drivers of corporate sustainability investments—that is, the forces that are having the greatest impact on companies—are government legislation, consumer concerns, and employee interest in sustainability. This case study based course shows you in 5 modules how to deal with those challenges.
