This course will give students practical tools and teach them methodologies for creating digital products and services that touch people’s lives. They will learn to experience the world from a different perspective to identify and understand people's needs and stories, uncover innovative solutions, and make sense of the world by prototyping and iterating on our wildest ideas.
The module will build on concepts related to user research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and how to effectively communicate your design decisions through experience principles and storytelling.

Learning Highlights:
