Leadership for Sustainable Innovations
A new vision on strong leadership is not a luxury, but a necessity.
All over the world the economic crisis and other developments in society are being seen as an indication that patterns of thinking and strategies from the industrial era do not suffice any longer. A fundamentally different approach to thinking and acting is needed, and the coming decade is crucial in this development.
New concepts of leadership are needed to ensure a dynamic shift to a progressive knowledge economy with a focus on the human factor.
The new generation of young and inspiring leaders needs to be equipped for this development. A fundamental discussion and exploration of rising talents is necessary at the dawn of new concepts of leadership that are linked to the knowledge economy.
This course on leadership for sustainable innovation offers students in the final phase of their studies and young professional an opportunity to engage in this discussion.
The course welcomes strong personalities, future leaders, talented and creative thinkers who are interested in discussing relevant patterns for new strategies and approaches. The course offers the start of an exploration of realistic concepts of leadership towards a strengthened knowledge economy and an involved society with a focus on people’s expectations (planet, people and profit).
Transfer of knowledge, dialogue and communicative development in a variety of activities are the basis of this course.
