Media Design is a process of combining graphics, pictures and sound into a movie or an application; both very popular products in the present digital market. The Digital Multimedia course is a workshop, where you are taught how to use digital tools and methods necessary to create different multimedia, like animation or graphics. You will need your creativity and your own computer – these are the only requirements necessary to attend the course.
The main purpose is to introduce students to basic principles of each media type - text, graphics, audio, animation and video - describing their digitization and progressing into issues that arises when media are combined; interaction provided by scripting and multimedia distributed over networks.
EUR 0: Applies to:
- all VIA University College students or EU/EEC students from VIA partner institutions, who can document that the VIA Summer School course is part of their education
EUR 250: Applies to:
- all or EU/EEC students from VIA partner institutions, who cannot document that the VIA Summer School course is part of their education.
- all students from non VIA partner institutions, graduates from a school of higher education and applicants not being enrolled in any school of higher education.
