The first DAC Summer School, organized by DAC and Educons University, will occur in Novi Sad - Serbia, from August 09 to 19th.

For this CREATIVE Summer School next to Danube, the 3000 km West-East water axis of Europe, we will investigate the experience, explore the potential and develop ideas related to the topic: LIVING on the WATER.

The Summer School will start with Key Note Days by four EXPERTS in CREATIVE THINKING, each of them introducing his own focus and approach to the topic, and comprise creativity sessions, speculative thinking within the project teams.

The teams will outline, develop and work out visions of water-born habitats and make a final presentation on the last Summer School day.

We welcome students, young graduates and professionals from Europe and Worldwide to join us for this creative experience along the Danube.

We welcome designers, architects, engineers, doctors, artists, etc! The more the variety, the better!

We believe that having a wide array of backgrounds and creative people in their domains, is the best way to bring better and more unusual solutions and ideas.

Course aim

The topic for this Summer School is "Living on the Water". As this topic suggest, we will outline, develop and work out visions of water-born habitats.

Having the participants coming from different cultures, countries, career backgrounds, etc. will make this a very rich experience for everybody.

Our big aim is to "Make bright people glow": to break the barriers down and let the free spirit of creativity take over, inspiring each one of us, and attack the main topic in unusual ways, to get back great and original results.

The participants will get a Certificate and 3 credit points (ECTS) for their work.
