International Project Management
The rapid pace of technology evolution and globalization has led to a dramatic change of how projects are run. Projects might be run by virtual teams, with multicultural, multi-generation and international workforce. Due to the rise of mobile technology the office is where you are now. The course focuses on introducing conventional and agile ways of project management with an emphasis on the international, digital and rapidly changing projects environment. The course covers the main project management topics that are essential to maintaining competitiveness in real-life business situations.

Course aim
The course is designed to help students understand the complexities of project work in international environment and to develop the insights and skills necessary to complete projects effectively, on time, and within budget.

6 EC
6 ECTS equals 36 academic contact hours in class and precoursework assignment of 12 academic hours.
Fee info
EUR 1200: The fee consists of 920 EUR fee for administrative and hospitality services, including accommodation, lunch on weekdays as well as welcome and farewell receptions. 380 EUR fee is for tuition.
Registration Deadline: March 1, 2019
EUR 1550: Students may choose two courses within the program. Additional 6 ECTS course would cost 350 EUR on top of a 1200 EUR fee.
