Stone Tools: Lithic Industries and Experiments
This programme provides students with the research skills required for experimental use-wear analysis of stone tools. The programme is delivered though lectures, workshops, lab sessions and microscopic analyses that will focus on different types of stone tools. The core of the programme is experimental work, including making replicas of stone tools. Students will be encouraged to conduct their own experiments related to their research areas.
Working languages: Russian and English. The programme is delivered both in Russian and English, with interpretation and translation to English or Russian provided by a certified interpreter when necessary.

This programme is for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, regardless of nationality. Recent graduates up to the age of 35 are also welcome. Visa support for non-Russian nationals is provided, where required.
