SSIMA is the highest level summer school on imaging with medical applications in the South East Europe. It is organized by University Politehnica of Bucharest, Technion Israel Institute of Technology and Technical University of Eindhoven in partnership with Philips.

The school offers to its participants a series of tutorials on sub-domanins of Computational Medical Imaging (starting from Medical Image Acquisition to Visualization and Machine Learning). These tutorials will be extended by presentations on the practical applications during the application sessions in the afternoons.
Philips Day welcomes participants to a journey through the company’s imaging systems solutions.

Target group

The event is open to about 70 qualified and pre-selected candidates:

BSc, Master and PhD students
Post-docs and young researchers (both academia and industry)
Senior researchers (both academia and industry)
Academic and industrial professionals

Fee info

EUR 250: For Student / Master Student / PhD Student
The fee will include all course materials, coffee breaks, WiFi internet connection at the conference center.
EUR 300: Postdoc / Young researcher
