Cultural and Creative Industries: PR and Image Making
The course is aimed to be research- and practice-oriented and provides an insight into the ways PR and image making strategies are used in experience economy. A particular emphasis will be on enabling student to develop as a PR manager, communication professional, imagineer and researcher who is able to explore the complex nature of public relations/ communication/ branding in the development or transformation of places, spaces, activities and events. A special focus will be on self-marketing and self-branding.

This course aims to train students to create communication strategies, use and integrate classical and digital tools in PR campaigns, brand positioning and image formation.

The fee covers tuition, study materials and introductory cultural activities: boat trip and welcome dinner, trip to Peterhof, guided walking tour 'Alternative Saint Petersburg'. Accommodation costs, everyday transfers, meals and optional city sightseeing tours are not included into the fee.
