Giuseppe Verdi: Italian language and culture in Venice
An Italian language course with insights into the long and fascinating history of the city of Venice. Courses combine 30 hours of Italian language at beginner or elementary level with 10 additional hours dedicated to getting to know the visual, literal and musical culture of Venice, a city which still today holds cultural prominence in Italy and Europe. Each course lasts two weeks; accommodation included.
Beginner: June 11-22; Elementary: June 25 - July 7
Qualified native language experts and University lecturers.
Anyone interested in Italian language and culture.
To provide its participants with language skills while coming closer to Italian culture. Cultural modules may be taught in English depending on participants' language level.
Participants will receive a certificate which can be presented by University students to their home institution should they wish to request credits.
