The course is designed for participants who have a business idea, who think that during their career they might start their own business, or who want to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and skills. This course is highly interactive and helps the participants to develop entrepreneurial skills. The key objective is to equip participants with the essential knowledge, basic considerations and experiences that will help them succeed in their business development efforts.

The course format will use experiential learning tools, discussions, situation games, case studies, team assignments, interview sessions as well as presentations.

An essential element of this intense course is to assess a business opportunity and a business development process. Meeting and interviewing guest entrepreneurs and iLab startup teams will give participants an opportunity to analyze real business cases, understand and assess business ideas, entrepreneurial teams, and real life business situations.
All participants are offered individual (group) consultation opportunity to discuss their individual business ideas or current business development issues/problems.

Successful graduates of the course become CEU iLab alumni and qualify to apply to CEU iLab incubation.

Target group

The course is designed for participants who either have a business idea or think that during their career they might start their own business, for those who want to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and skills. Thus, we are waiting for applications from open minded participants who are passionate for business, good at and willing to be working in a team. Holding a university degree is preferable.

Credits info

2 EC
CEU Summer University awards a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course. In order to gain this certificate, participants will be expected to attend and actively participate in all classes and complete assignments required by the course.
