Target group

This programme is intended for participants who wish to boost their business skills and deepen their understanding of the global brewing industry. It is open to master students, young graduates, starter entrepreneurs and practitioners in the beer industry or beer-related sectors (trade advisors, tourism and hospitality professionals,…). Participants are expected to have a sufficient command of English to follow classes, interact and deliver a short group presentation in English.

Course aim

During this unique one-week intensive programme, you will learn the basics of the brewing alchemy, explore the past, present and future of the beer business dynamics and gain a solid understanding of the evolving trends of consumption, distribution and marketing in the brewing industry. You will study the basics of the business model canvas and design your own value proposal applied to the beer sector.
