New Venture Creation
online courseThe course focusses on new venture creation. The course follows the typical life cycle of entrepreneurial ventures and the related gestation, entry and growth activities.
The content includes a deep theoretical understanding of the creation or recognition of new venture opportunities, venture planning, evaluation of opportunities, development of holistic business models, and establishment of new ventures even “against all odds”. This course is not about business planning. Instead, its perspective is on strategic challenges, entrepreneurial methods (e.g. lean start-up tool sets), and resources all especially designed for new ventures.
The content accordingly includes but is not limited to opportunity creation or identification and evaluation, market entry, uncontested distribution channels, blue ocean strategies, called calls in b to b, regional growth methodology, value creation, entrepreneurial finance, managing growth and exist strategies. New aspects of digitalization are also included.
