The reputation is everything. Warren Buffett, one of today's most respected businessmen, insists that reputation is the most important resource of our century. Indeed, Internet has changed the way we evaluate business partners and companies. In the world where anything could happen in the blink of an eye, a proactive management of risks or otherwise called reputation management is of paramount importance. This course focuses on the dimensions that contribute to the creation and management of online reputation. We will discuss the rational of the centrality of reputation in your business strategy, outline the reputation management pathway, and get to know technological tools that help to analyze and manage company’s reputation. We will pay specific attention to customer reviews: from response strategies to legal and ethical pitfalls of sponsored reviews.
