Ten weeks of total immersion in the Italian food and wine culture. Participants will learn, experience and taste with their own hands & senses what food culture and gastronomy means in Italian culture, with a specific focus on Tuscany.

Course aim

Through lectures, practices, workshops and excursions students will develop knowledge and insight in the interaction of humans and their food and beverages and will understand its importance as a driver for tourism, trade, culture and wellbeing. Eating and drinking never again will be the same for the students who attend this programme!
