This course trains students to understand the challenges related to innovation and creativity for both established companies and start-ups, and how innovation and creativity can enhance an organization’s performance. The course also focuses on teaching participants techniques to unlock individual and group creativity, solve problems, and become more innovative.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
. Understanding the innovation context of an organisation.
. Implementing an innovative approach.
. Understand and apply design thinking technics in order to foster ideas.
. Apply the design thinking framework.
