A business plan is a formal statement of business goals and how they are going to be achieved. It can be prepared for both a new business and for an existing company that plans a major change or a new venture. An excellent business plan can decide about the success of your undertaking as it allows you to plan it well and/or to gather (financial) resources needed to pursue it. During this course you will acquire the knowledge and practice you need to prepare a successful business plan.
