The FEBT Summer School Performance Based and Inclusive Leadership focuses on the development of knowledge related to the roles and inter and intra-dynamics of various individual, group and contextual factors in the performance-based and inclusive domains of leadership. The purpose is to enable students to aacquire modern knowledge about the factors, features and functionalities of various aspects of leadership based on performance and inclusivity, and the development of analytical and critical skills necessary for the comprehension, application, as well as improvement and development of the aforementioned aspects of leadership. The experts in the field provide the scientific and practical knowledge of theories and methods used in behavioural economics.

Course leader

Jasenko Ljubica is an assistant professor at Faculty of Economics, Businesss and Tourism, University of Split. His research lies at the intersection of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology and Human Resources in International Business.

Target group

- Graduate students in economics (or in social sciences, technical sciences or science related fields) who intend to round out their knowledge in the field and use it in the proces of preparing dissertations.
- Researchers and professionals working in the field.

Course aim

Enhance the awareness regarding the state-of-the-art scientific research on performance based and inclusive leadership from across the globe, and develop analytical and critical skills needed for comprehension and engagement with scientific research in the focal and related areas.

Present, discuss and evaluate the roles and inter/intra-dynamics of various individual, group and contextual factors in developing, engaging in and championing various aspects of the performance based and inclusive leadership.

Acquire and develop knowledge regarding the meaning, significance and functioning modalities of these important and challenging aspects of leadership.
