Are you interested in developing successful communication strategies in international contexts? Do you want to understand the process of globalization in the context of Economy, Culture, and Politics? This course is for you!

Our course on Globalization will teach you different theories of globalization by authors such as Anthony Giddens, Ulrich Beck, or Naomi Klein, and it will provide you with the tools to analyze the role of social networks in transmitting political content, for example. Specifically, the course encompasses the following modules: (1) theories of globalization, (2) anti-globalization, (3) change of values in the 21st century, and (4) communication in international contexts.
Moreover, you will also have the opportunity to visit radio companies and the National Institute for Statistics in Almería.

In addition to the academic content, our Study Abroad courses include an attractive cultural program full of activities and trips especially for you, so that you can make the most of your stay in our city and university!
