This course provides methods for statistical process monitoring including control charts and process capability.

After the end of the course, the student can:

- identify the basic concepts of quality improvement.
- formulate and apply control charts for variables.
- formulate and apply control charts for attributes.
- analyze and compare the performances of the control charts
- analyze the process capability and interpret the results.
