Print And Photography
What will you study?
You will explore a wide variety of techniques,
including:
• Photography
• Post-processing
• Darkroom printing
• Analogue processes: cyanotypes, photograms
• Studio Portraiture
• Bookbinding
• Letterpress
You will research practitioners in each of these
fields to enhance your understanding of the
technique. The culmination of the course will be
an exhibition of your books and prints.

Course aim
This hands on course will introduce you to a
variety of creative photography, bookbinding
and letterpress techniques. We will draw
inspiration from the city on walking tours to
form the basis of our prints and then turn
them into hand bound books incorporating a
variety of image-making processes.
