Journalism Summer Workshop

During our one month course our project members write, edit and design a magazine guide to the culture in Berlin. The guide is then published and printed. We also have workshops with local artists, an introductory podcasting lesson and German language classes. This August we have accommodation for our students, which is connected to a local art project.

Course leader

The course is overseen by William Barber and a small team who work with our project members on the magazine and host our various courses / activities.

Target group

Anyone looking for some experience in journalism / print. Also people who want to explore Berlin on a creative project.

Fee info

EUR 995: This is the programme fee and includes the magazine project, intro to podcasting, art workshops and German language classes
EUR 500: This is an optional extra to stay in the apartments we have organised in tandem with a local art project.
