Having great results and accomplishments in research and professional work sometimes might be completely underestimated if they are not presented in a good manner. Scientific visualisation in Civil Engineering has a unique goal to enlighten the audience from the field of Civil Engineering about possibilities and tools that are present in contemporary scientific visualisation area.

Course aim

The idea is to give the participants wide range of tools and also to involve them in a specific way of logical thinking when presenting the data. This approach grants abilities to solve different presentation problems and answer the future challenges promptly whether encountered in science or professional work.

EUR 300: To apply for Split Summer School 2016, please use online registration system (click here). Registrations will be open until 20th of June.

After submitting your registration, you will hear from our coordinators confirmation of your registration. Upon your payment, you will receive an admission letter which confirms your enrollment. Split Summer School holds the rights not to offer courses where final number of applicants is fewer than 10. If that case occurs, applicants will be informed and offered to change their course to alternate one. Since our capacities are limited, admission list is ordered by reception time. Final class schedule will be known after 1st of June, which is deadline for payment.
EUR 180: Every participant will get discount voucher for accommodation in nearby, newly built student dormitory at popular prices due to agreement between dormitory and hosting faculty. Accommodation includes room and breakfast. Separate registration is needed for reservation of accommodation, which is done via email to dormitory (more detail in email from coordinators) and are open until 4th of July. Accommodation options are: shared twin room and single room. In case of shared twin room, applicants can choose flat mate (see forum discussion for finding flat mate) or flat mate will be randomly assigned among other students. Optionally, students can be accompanied by one other person, who isn’t taking any classes at Split Summer School. Accompanying person is paying accommodation expenses. For shared twin room price is 180€, and single room is 300$ for whole arrangement.
