As part of the World City Network, the Amsterdam Metropolitan area is home to many global players in various industries. Internationally networked creative agencies using Amsterdam as a hub from which they supply the international advertising market. English is their working language and, consequently, there is an increasing demand for professionals who are both fluent in English and have excellent business communication skills.

Target group

Undergraduate students with upper intermediate English skills and basic marketing knowledge.

Course aim

You will acquire an extended knowledge of global branding and marketing communications. You will also improve your English to the level needed to pass an internationally recognised Cambridge exam.

You will also learn skills that you will need for an academic career: to enrol in an international master or MBA programme for example.
