UAM Summer School of Economics and Business is a perfect opportunity to earn ECTS credits during the Summer Term. It is an exclusive 6-weeks program that comprises some of the University regular high-quality courses, all taught in English by top professors from the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies.
The Summer School brings together students from all over the world in a truly international environment. The academic content is combined with social and cultural events, as well as academic field trips, which are not offered during the regular semesters.

We offer an Economics Track and a Business Track, each composed of 2 courses. Students can register for one (6 ECTS credits) or two courses (12 ECTS credits):

1. Economics Track:
1.1. Environmental Economics & Policy Analysis
1.2. Natural Resource Economics
2. Business Track:
2.1. Global Marketing
2.2. International Finance
3. Mixed Track: one course from Economics Track and one course from Business Track.

Target group

The SSEB is specially designed for International and Spanish students from Economics and Business fields of study: Economics; Business Administration and Management; Economics and Finance; Tourism; Philosophy, Politics and Economics; Social Sciences; Political Sciences, Law, etc.
Some courses may also be appropriate for students from interdisciplinary fields of study: Environmental Sciences, International Relations, etc.
Bachelor’s degree graduates may also apply.
General requirement for ALL applicants is B2 level of English.

Students can choose to register for one or two courses and earn 6 or 12 ECTS credits respectively.

Fee info

EUR 1299: The Program cost includes:
- tuition fees for one selected course (6 ECTS points);
- cost of social and cultural events, as well as field trips included in the Program

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students are requested to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation and cover the costs related to it.
EUR 1999: The Program cost includes:
- tuition fees for two selected courses (12 ECTS points);
- cost of social and cultural events, as well as field trips included in the Program

Scholarships

Discounts of 12.5% for Early Bird Registration (until February 28) and Partner Universities. Discounts can be accumulated to 25% if both apply.
