Fundamentals of International Business
This course allows you to gain both university credits and exposure to the academic excellence upheld by the Fairleigh Dickinson University. The Fundamentals of International Business course is designed to give students a strong understanding of the theory and practice behind international commerce. By the end of the course, you will have an awareness of how environmental and managerial factors affect international business, how strategies are developed, and how risks are managed for maximum success.

Course aim
Teaching for this course will involve:
37 hours of interactive lecture/seminar learning
One 3-hour examination
Independent study to complete assignments and revise for final assessment
Lectures will require a high level of student input, and involve Oxford Union-style debates, role playing exercises, presentation and peer-to-peer discussion. You will also receive support and advice on examination technique in the lead-up to the final assessment.
