Dutch dairy chain
The Netherlands are world famous for their high quality and efficient dairy production. What are the key factors of this success? And how can the Dutch best practices be applied in all parts of the dairy chain? This intensive Summer Course provides the latest insights in the Dutch Dairy Chain, from grass to glass. After this course, you know how the quality of dairy production and dairy processing in the Netherlands is organized and you are able to apply these insights in your dairy chain.
The content of the summer course consists of 4 main categories:
Milk processing, primary production, thinking outside the box and threats & opportunities.

The Summer Course Dutch Dairy Chain is specially designed for professionals working in the (international) dairy industry, for instance in the profession of account manager, business developer, researcher, sales manager, decision maker, technical support manager or consultant. Policy makers or employees from governments are also welcome to join the Summer Course.
After completion of the Summer Course, you gained in-depth understanding of the holistic and interdisciplinary dairy approach from grass to glass. Futhermore you are able to indentify the critical success factors and best practices of the Dutch Dairy Chain and to apply your knowledge regarding the quality of dairy products in the Netherlands to your daily practice.
EUR 2350: The fee covers tuition, course materials, coffee/tea/soft drinks, snacks, lunches, network drinks and 1 dinner.
The course fee does not include hotel accommodation.
