Doing Business in Russia
Covering contemporary issues of doing business in emerging markets, with a particular focus on Russia, this course is oriented towards both knowledge and skills. It focuses on the peculiarities of doing business in Russia from two perspectives. First, the external perspective takes into account the peculiarities of Russia’s political, legislative, economic, social, demographic and cultural environment. Second, the internal perspective addresses companies’ differences in national culture and management and their implications with regard to successful communications, team building, leadership, decision-making, motivation, and negotiation processes with Russians.
