Selling is a fundamental part of business. As business is becoming more global and the customer marketplace is expanding beyond borders, the dynamics of buyer-seller relationships are becoming more complex and increasingly influenced by culture. This course is designed to teach you about professional sales and creating customer value in a global market. Potential buyer-seller interactions that are influenced and altered in an international context will be the focus of the course.
