Land Matter Media will connect the forest at Hooke Park with a wider Dorset context, creating a rich tapestry of themes and ideas that weave local agricultural, extractive and military landscapes together. This residential programme focuses on audio-visual fieldwork, site-specific interventions and excursions into landscape.

The programme will include talks, film screenings, discussions and excursions, as well as practical sessions, we will be making work to explore ideas. Students will develop critical, land-based audio-visual work that engages and contextualises the Landscape at Hooke Park within a wider local and global context. Our work will culminate in a site-specific multimedia installation, screening and event at Hooke Park.
