Linyu Liu is a doctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Business with a rich academic background that spans several countries, including China, Germany, and Norway. Her doctoral research delves into the complex interplay between talent management and diversity & inclusion across multiple organisational levels, spanning from corporate policy to employee experiences.
