The course is suitable as the first nanoelectronics course or an add-on course for senior undergraduate students and graduate students.
The course program is focused on modern engineering in application of IoT system design. Throughout the course students will gain their knowledge in the field of solid state physics and semiconductor technology. In the practical lessons students will learn the basic skill in program modelling of nanoelectronic devices and design of complex electronic systems such as the Internet of Things.

Target group

Entrance requirements:

- Knowledge of Calculus and General Physics corresponding to the first two years of a Bachelor's degree program in physics, mathematics, technology etc;
- Good knowledge of English. All classes and extracurricular activities are conducted in English. Knowledge of the Russian language is not required;
- Applicants are expected to have at least 3 year of University level studies.
