Emotional Leadership for Team Development

The world today is increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. This has led to the need to learn new styles of leadership to successfully manage people, projects, organizations. This is even more pressing in the digital era, where the changes in work methods require the development of new skills, attitudes, principles and work methods. During the course, students will explore questions that will help to understand why we are how we are and apply specific team leadership tools based on emotional intelligence in a participatory and experiential environment.
