Innovation Management
Course introduces the students with the contemporary scope of concepts related to innovation management. Upon the completion of this course students will be familiar with the idea of innovation as a business process and will recognize major organizational challenges related to innovation. Students will also acquire skills of the analysis of real-world innovation as a multi-perspective socio technical system transition and will be able to apply theoretical knowledge in solving real innovation management problems. The course will consist of lectures, quizzes, discussions, team case study preparation and presentation.

1.able to apply the acquired knowledge of innovation as a multi-perspective socio-technical phenomenon in real-life circumstances through conceptual understanding of certain aspects within innovation management theory.

4. have the capacity for adaptation which is necessary for doing business in the global environment.
