SustainMV - The Sustainability Summer School

SustainMV is jointly presented by all universities in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The overarching theme for this unique event is sustainability in the fields of Tourism, Renewable Energies, Digital & Technological Innovations, Recycling & Waste Management, Ecosystems and Social Sustainability.

Its consists of an online and an on-site part in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Online: August 27th – August 29th, 2024
On-site: September 3rd – September 13th, 2024 (arrivals on September 2nd, departure on September 13th, 2024)

Course leader

Academics from all MV universities, who are all experts in their respective fields of sustainability, present their work and research.

Target group

International Bachelor (advanced) as well as Master Students in any sustainability related subject area. PhD students are also eligible to apply.

Credits info

4 EC
Only participating on-site and online is granted with 4 ECTS.
Only participating online (which is also possible but needs a different registration) is granted with a certificate of participation.

Fee info

EUR 100: Online programme: free of charge
On-site programme: Tuition and accommodation are covered.
A registration fee of 100€ will be charged after successful application.
