Negotiation in Humanitarian Crises (taught in ITALIAN)
The success of an international operation depends largely on the negotiating skills of those who participate. In its relations with governments, local authorities, communities, military forces, irregular armed groups, funding bodies, and other agencies. To allow freedom of movement for operators to coordinate the work with other organizations, groups to protect civilians from violence, to get funding, to negotiate "ceasefire", to ensure the safety of personnel, etc..
