The main objective of this course is to introduce you to modern methodologies, principles and tools required for defining and managing projects in complex environments. You are going to prepare a formal project plan and business case of a selected project. In addition, all participants will get hands on experience in managing complex projects by creating and managing them by using various online tools.

Credits info

5 ECTS
You will receive an official Certificate of Attendance upon completion of your course which you may use to show evidence of the skills you have learnt during the course and have the credits accepted by your home university.

Fee info

EUR 750: All courses take place in a new building of French Institute right in the center of Prague.
EUR 210: Accommodation fee for a 14night stay at Botic Student House starts at 15 EUR/night.

Everyday afternoon or evening activities organized - sports, weekend trips, city tours, sightseeings, parties etc.
