About

During your chemical career, you will generate lots of data. Only with advanced data analysis methods, this data β€˜tsunami’ can be made insightful and interpreted further. During the course you will be introduced to the most important chemometric data analysis methods currently available and how they may benefit interpretation of analytical chemical data.

This course is aimed at a wide range of applicants from the field of natural sciences, e.g. advanced bachelor students who want to pursue data analysis in their masters, master students who want to do a PhD in which data analysis will play a key role and PhDs, post-docs and professionals who already have data available and who want gain experience with data analysis.

Course aim

After this course you will be able to:

1. Interpret the results of different chemometric methods.
2. Properly perform advanced data analysis, including pre-processing and validation.
3. Integrate chemometrics in your own chemical studies or research.
