The Transparency School is an annual, intensive anti-corruption and accountability training for future leaders. It exposes participants to the latest developments in the field and offers real opportunities to put their ideas into practice.

Since 2010, the School has hosted approx. 2000 future leaders from more than 135 countries and has become the world’s leading summer event on anti-corruption.

Over the past 16 years, more than one hundred outstanding experts have taught at the School. Lecturers include leaders in anti-corruption and accountability from the public, private, NGO, and academic sectors, offering participants unique insights on tackling corruption and promoting transparency.

Target group

Transparency School is targeted for young leaders like senior students, graduates and young professionals under the age of 35 eager to learn how to stand up against corruption and how to achieve greater transparency in their country. The seven-day format offers a powerful mix of an intensive academic schedule, unconference-like atmosphere and continuous peer-to-peer interactions which all together make it an unforgettable one-week-long adventure
