About

The Transparency School is an annual, state-of-the-art anti-corruption and accountability training for future leaders. It exposes participants to the latest developments in the field and offers real opportunities to put their ideas into practice.

Since 2010, the School has hosted over 1,800 future leaders from more than 120 countries and has become the world’s leading summer event on anti-corruption.

Over the past 15 years, more than one hundred outstanding experts have taught at the School. Lecturers include leaders in anti-corruption and accountability from the public, private, NGO, and academic sectors, offering participants unique insights on tackling corruption and promoting transparency. In 2019, Transparency International Lithuania received the Amalia Anti-Corruption Award for the impact of the Transparency School

Target group

Transparency School is targeted for young leaders like senior students, graduates and young professionals under the age of 35 eager to learn how to stand up against corruption and how to achieve greater transparency in their country. The seven-day format offers a powerful mix of an intensive academic schedule, unconference-like atmosphere and continuous peer-to-peer interactions which all together make it an unforgettable one-week-long adventure
