From Idea to Startup Innovation, Digital Tools & Entrepreneurial Thinking for Future Changemakers

This free of charge summer school focuses on entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and digital tools in a rapidly changing world. Over six intensive days, students will explore how to turn ideas into action using the Business Model Canvas and practical tools from the world of startups, AI, and responsible business.
Participants will work in international teams to develop their own business or project concept — from initial inspiration to funding strategy, promotion, and presentation. The program offers hands-on workshops, expert mentoring, and space for creativity, reflection, and intercultural collaboration.
Through a mix of interactive sessions and team-based challenges, students will gain practical skills, broaden their understanding of inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship, and learn how to communicate their ideas effectively in a professional setting.
Virtual component: An online meeting with a short entry test will be held before the on-site program. The goal is to introduce participants, provide essential information, and ensure a shared baseline of knowledge. To prepare, participants will be asked to read selected materials — including excerpts from Business Model Generation by Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur, as well as additional resources provided by the organizers.

Please note that the summer school can be attended within Erasmus+ short mobilities for students and there is a possibility to award 3 ECTS points for it

Target group

The program is open to Erasmus+ undergraduate students from all academic backgrounds.
No previous experience with entrepreneurship is required.
Participants should have a good command of English and be ready to actively engage in all sessions and group work (at least B2)

Course aim

Workshops on startup creation, AI tools, marketing, legal and ethical aspects of business
Training sessions on the dynamics of interaction with VC funds.
Introduction to CSR/ESG, and neurodiversity in entrepreneurship
Daily group work with feedback from mentors
Networking opportunities and a final pitch event in a unique open-air setting
Intercultural workshop and MEETup session with professionals from various fields.
