Objective
The purpose of this online course is to provide a thorough introduction to European consumer financial services. EU legislation and recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) will be presented.

The trends and implications on consumer rights arising from the ongoing process of digitalisation of financial services will be discussed. Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through discussions and practical workshops.
