About

This intensive course will cover multiple aspects of family businesses and entrepreneurship, including governance, succession and innovation.

By the end of the programme, students will be able to:
Diagnose growth, succession, digitalization, finance, and HR/retention challenges in family firms.
Apply design thinking, lean startup, effectuation, and family business theory (SEW, stewardship, governance) to real companies.
Propose actionable solutions tailored to local constraints.
Build a basic feasibility & impact case and pitch to company leaders

A culminating case study will allow students to propose a solution to current challenges that family businesses are facing.

This programme will take place in Tours, France.

Target group

This programme is open to all students and non-students wishing to discover a new industry or business sector during the summer. No specific degree or level of knowledge is required; however, participants must be at least 18 years of age and have at least a high-school diploma or equivalent.

Fee info

Please note that in addition to the programme fees, students have the option to choose pre-reserved accommodation for the duration of the programme. The accommodation fees for this programme generally range from 700-1500€.
