This course is open to students from all academic backgrounds and does not require any prior coursework in psychology, communication, or personal development. It is ideal for individuals who are curious about personal growth and open to self-reflection. Students should be willing to engage in reflective conversations, learn from one anotherβs experiences, and explore their own responses to change and challenge in a supportive environment
By the end of the course, the following learning outcomes are expected for students:
