About

This two-week course is designed to support individuals in navigating adversity and life’s challenges with strength and clarity. Participants will explore key concepts such as resilience, mindset, boundary-setting, and effective communication, while gaining deeper insight into their own personality. Through interactive sessions and reflective practices, the course empowers students to grow through change and cultivate tools for thriving in both personal and professional life

Target group

Enrolled as an undergraduate student or holder of an undergraduate diploma, including those pursuing advanced studies or professional careers.

This course is open to students from all academic backgrounds and does not require any prior coursework in psychology, communication, or personal development. It is ideal for individuals who are curious about personal growth and open to self-reflection. Students should be willing to engage in reflective conversations, learn from one another’s experiences, and explore their own responses to change and challenge in a supportive environment

Course aim

By the end of the course, the following learning outcomes are expected for students:
