Lifestyle & Health Promotion is an immersive programme designed for secondary school students who want to understand, in a practical and up-to-date way, how health is built in everyday life. Throughout the programme, we connect Medicine, Nutritional Sciences and Research to show how lifestyle choices — nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management and health literacy — have a real impact on disease prevention and quality of life.

More than simply “hearing about” health, this is about experiencing it: analysing real cases, discussing emerging trends and gaining tools to communicate health based on scientific evidence, all within a dynamic and engaging environment
