About

Objective
The purpose of this course is to provide a thorough introduction to European labour law. EU legislation and the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU will be presented during the course.

Equality and discrimination at the workplace, including pay transparency
Non-standard work, including platform work
Artificial intelligence in the workplace
Minimum wages
Working time
Transnational restructuring of undertakings
Information and consultation rights, including European Works Council
Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through discussions and workshops.

Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg
On-site participants in this summer course will also have the opportunity to visit the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.

The event will be streamed live online. You have the option to follow the conference on Zoom, enabling you to ask questions and take part in the discussion with participants in Trier
