About

Objective
This training provides legal practitioners, competition enforcers, and compliance professionals with in-depth understanding of the basics of EU antitrust law and a comprehensive update on the latest developments in each field. Participants will examine how anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominance unfold in both traditional and digital markets, exploring key enforcement challenges and the impact of evolving market dynamics such as algorithmic practices, platform power, and data-driven competition.

The programme combines expert-led sessions, case studies, hands-on exercises, and simulations of dawn raids and judicial review, as well as an on-site visit to the CJEU, equipping attendees with the tools to assess market power, identify anticompetitive conduct, navigate procedural challenges, and apply remedies effectively within the EU competition framework.
