(2026 LSS) Cross-Cultural Synergies and Entrepreneurial Collaboration

About

This course develops students’ ability to collaborate, lead, and communicate effectively in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments. It combines intercultural management theories with practical exercises in negotiation, teamwork, and ethical decision-making. Using qualitative and project-based methodologies, students will learn to transform cultural diversity into a strategic asset for entrepreneurial and organizational innovation.
