About

Operating in today's global economy requires more than business knowledge, it demands cultural intelligence and a sharp understanding of how different environments shape the way people work, negotiate and lead. Through four three-hour sessions per module, students will explore the European Union's economic framework, its major regional blocs and its ties with non-member countries, while engaging with pressing issues such as sustainability, digital transformation and EU regulation. In Cross-Cultural Management, drawing on the work of Hofstede, Trompenaars and Hall, students will examine how national cultures, with a focus on France, Germany and Spain, influence communication and collaboration across borders. Both modules culminate in a short group presentation, putting skills into practice from day one.

Duration: 1 week. This programme is also available as a two- or three-week experience, allowing students to combine blocks according to their interests and schedule.
Format: Lectures Ā· Workshops Ā· Company visits
Accommodation: included in the programme
Accreditation: AACSB, Best European Business School, Financial Times 25 Ranking
