From political dynamics influencing states to economic structures shaping societies and ideological changes affecting everyday life, numerous factors significantly impact both individuals and the legal frameworks within which they function. This is particularly relevant in today’s era of accelerating digitalization and globalization, widespread access to AI tools, and the rapid pace of content creation
