Tourism course is an extension to Principles of Economics, Principles of Marketing and Principles of
Management courses. It provides students with the key principles, concepts and application of
techniques associated with tourism economics, management and marketing, as well as understanding connection of its theory and practice.

Katarina Miličević has finished undergraduate and graduate study at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. She received PhD degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
She currently works as an expert associate at the

Target group

This course is recommended for undergraduate students.

Course aim

The main goal of this course is introducing importance and the dynamic nature of tourism from the
management and marketing perspective to the students. That includes strategies, concepts and ideas that currently shape tourism practices and hospitality industry all over the world.
